How It Works

Step 1 — Registration

You can open a player account on the registration page. To register, you must meet the following requirements:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you live or have your habitual residence in Switzerland;
• you have a valid e-mail address and a mobile phone number;
• you provide your personal data truthfully: first name, last name, date of birth and address in Switzerland;
• no gambling exclusion is in force for you.

You also choose a password and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. During registration we check whether an exclusion is entered for you in the Swiss exclusion register; with an active exclusion, no account can be opened.

Each person may hold only one player account.

Step 2 — Account Verification

Swiss law requires us to verify your identity. For the final registration we check:

• your first and last name;
• your date of birth;
• your residential address;
• an official identity document (passport or identity card; for foreign nationals living in Switzerland, also the residence permit);
• the check against the Swiss exclusion register.

You can upload your documents under Verification in your account. The status is shown there as "action needed", "in review", "approved" or "rejected". The checks are carried out by our verification team and its service providers; nothing is approved automatically.

Until verification is complete, your account is provisional: deposits are limited to a total of CHF 1’000 within 30 days, and withdrawals are not possible.

Step 3 — Deposit

All amounts are in Swiss francs (CHF). You can make a deposit under Deposit in your account. The following payment methods are available, with these minimum and maximum amounts per deposit:

Until a payment provider is connected, the deposit page runs a local check: the amount is booked only on this account and no money moves. The page says so. Any deposit limits you have set apply to every deposit.

Step 4 — Choosing a Game

The games are grouped into eight categories:

• Live Casino with real dealers (Evolution)

Games can only be started after you have logged in and once the connection to the game provider is active. Demo or free play is not offered at present.

Step 5 — Withdrawal

Withdrawals are possible only after your identity has been fully verified. You can request a withdrawal under Withdraw in your account.

Payouts are made only to a payment account in your own name, for example a Swiss bank account (IBAN) in your name. The processing time depends on the payment method and on any checks required by law. You can follow the status of each withdrawal under History.

Step 6 — Player Protection

Your account contains tools that help you keep control of your play:

• Limits under Limits: deposit and loss limits per day, week or month (CHF) and a maximum session time in minutes. A reduction applies immediately; an increase or removal takes effect only after a 24-hour waiting period.
• Gaming break under Breaks and Exclusion: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 3 months. A break cannot be ended early.
• Voluntary exclusion, also under Breaks and Exclusion: it is entered in the Swiss exclusion register and has no fixed end date.

Game Information, Game History & Security

Game information

The rules of each game and its payout rate are shown in the help screen of the game itself. The result recorded on the game provider’s server is decisive. A malfunction voids the affected rounds.

Game history

Your deposits, withdrawals and game rounds are listed under History in your account.

Account security

Your password must have at least 10 characters and contain letters and numbers. After five failed login attempts, logins are blocked for 15 minutes, and after 30 minutes of inactivity you are logged out automatically. The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). You can change your details under Profile.
