Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and the operator of G357. Please read them carefully before you open a player account.

Version 1.0 — valid from 26.10.2026

1. General Information

1.1 G357 is operated by Casino Interlaken AG, Strandbadstrasse 44, 3800 Interlaken, Canton of Bern, Switzerland (hereinafter "the operator", "we" or "us").

1.2 The operator offers casino games online under online concession no. 516-010-01, granted on 20.11.2019, and is supervised by the Federal Gaming Board (FGB).

1.3 These Terms and Conditions are available in German, French, Italian and English. In the event of discrepancies between the language versions, the German version prevails.

1.4 You can contact us at support@g357.slonik.store or via the contact form.

2. Scope

2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the site g357.slonik.store, to the player account and to all games and transactions carried out through it.

2.2 The Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the rules of the individual games and, where published, the conditions of a specific offer also apply. In the event of a conflict, the specific game rules or offer conditions take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 By completing registration, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Registration

3.1 To register, you must be at least 18 years old and live or have your habitual residence in Switzerland.

3.2 You must provide your first name, last name, date of birth, address in Switzerland, mobile phone number, e-mail address and a password, and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. All information must be true, complete and kept up to date.

3.3 Each person may hold only one player account. Additional accounts will be closed; the operator may withhold winnings obtained with them.

3.4 During registration the operator checks whether a gambling exclusion is in force for you in the Swiss exclusion register. A person with an active exclusion cannot open an account.

3.5 There is no entitlement to the opening of a player account. The operator may refuse a registration without giving reasons.

4. Provisional Player Account

4.1 Until your identity has been verified, your player account is provisional.

4.2 With a provisional account, deposits are limited to a total of CHF 1’000 within 30 days. Withdrawals are possible only after full verification.

4.3 If verification is not completed within 30 days, the operator may suspend the account until the missing documents have been provided.

5. Identity Verification

5.1 Final registration requires verification of your name, date of birth and residential address, an official identity document (passport or identity card; for foreign nationals living in Switzerland, also the residence permit) and the check against the Swiss exclusion register.

5.2 Documents are uploaded under Verification in your account. The status is shown as "action needed", "in review", "approved" or "rejected". Checks are carried out by the operator’s verification team and its service providers; no approval is given automatically.

5.3 The operator may request additional documents at any time, in particular where required by anti-money laundering law.

6.1 All amounts are in Swiss francs (CHF). The available payment methods and the minimum and maximum amounts per deposit are as follows:

6.2 Deposits may only be made with payment methods in your own name and with funds that belong to you.

6.3 Deposits are subject to the limits you have set and, for a provisional account, to the limit under section 4.2.

6.4 Until a payment provider is connected, the deposit page runs a local check. No money moves; the amount is booked only on the account on this site. Once a provider is connected, the payment goes through that provider. The operator may refuse or reverse deposits that breach these Terms and Conditions or legal requirements.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawals are possible only after full identity verification.

7.2 Payouts are made only to a payment account in your own name, for example a Swiss bank account (IBAN) in your name. Payouts to third parties are excluded.

7.3 The processing time depends on the payment method and on any checks required by law; no specific processing time is promised. The status of each withdrawal is shown under History.

7.4 The operator may suspend a withdrawal until required checks, in particular under anti-money laundering law, have been completed.

8. Player Account

8.1 The player account is personal and non-transferable. You must keep your login details secret and must not allow third parties to use your account.

8.2 Balances are held in Swiss francs (CHF). No interest is paid on balances. The player account is not a bank account.

8.3 If there is no login or transaction on your account for 12 months, the operator will contact you using the details you have provided. Your balance remains credited to you. No inactivity fees are charged.

8.4 Obvious booking errors may be corrected by the operator. You must report any errors you notice to customer support without delay.

9. Account Closure

9.1 You can close your player account at any time under Breaks and Exclusion in your account. Closing an account is not the same as an exclusion; if you want to be excluded from gambling, request a voluntary exclusion (section 10).

9.2 Any remaining balance is paid out to a verified payment account in your name, subject to the checks required by law.

9.3 The operator may suspend or close a player account if you breach these Terms and Conditions, in particular in the event of false information, multiple accounts, fraud, manipulation or use of the account for third parties, or if required by law.

9.4 Data relating to a closed account is retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gambling

10.1 In your account you can set deposit limits and loss limits per day, week and month (CHF) and a maximum session time. A reduction applies immediately; an increase or removal takes effect only after a 24-hour waiting period.

10.2 You can take a gaming break of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 3 months. A gaming break cannot be ended early.

10.3 You can request a voluntary exclusion at any time in your account or in writing with a copy of a valid identity document. It is entered in the Swiss exclusion register and has no fixed end. Lifting can be requested at the earliest 3 months after entry, in writing, and is granted only if the reason no longer exists.

10.4 The operator is required by law to impose an exclusion if it knows or must assume that you are over-indebted, do not meet your financial obligations or stake amounts out of proportion to your income and assets, or if a specialist body reports a gambling addiction. The operator monitors play behaviour and may contact you or apply measures. Details are on the page Responsible Gambling.

11. Gaming Restrictions

The following persons are not permitted to play:

  • persons for whom a gambling exclusion is in force;
  • persons under 18 years of age;
  • persons who do not live or have their habitual residence in Switzerland;
  • employees of the operator;
  • persons acting on behalf of third parties.

Stakes placed in breach of these restrictions may be voided and the account closed.

12. Anti-Money Laundering

12.1 The operator is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and is required to identify every player.

12.2 Above risk-based thresholds, the operator checks the source of funds and may request supporting documents.

12.3 The operator may suspend transactions or block the account until the necessary information has been provided.

12.4 Where required by law, the operator reports to the Money Laundering Reporting Office Switzerland (MROS).

13. Bonus Rules

13.1 The Promotions page shows lobby games with their covers and the conditions stated there. That does not create a bonus balance or free-spin credit unless the entry states an amount. No entry currently states an amount.

13.2 If and when an offer is published, it will be subject to its own conditions, which will state in particular the eligible players, duration, amount and any wagering requirements.

13.3 Offers will not be made to persons with an active gaming break or exclusion. The operator may exclude players from an offer in the event of misuse.

14. Game Rules

14.1 The rules of each game and its payout rate are shown in the game’s own help screen.

14.2 Games can be started only after login and once the connection to the game provider is active. Demo or free play is not currently offered.

14.3 The result recorded on the game provider’s server is decisive.

14.4 A malfunction voids all affected rounds and payouts. Stakes on voided rounds are refunded.

15. Data Protection

The operator processes personal data in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

16. Liability

16.1 The operator is liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, any further liability is excluded.

16.2 The operator is not liable in particular for interruptions or faults in the internet connection, your devices or third-party networks, nor for losses resulting from the disclosure of your login details.

16.3 Gambling involves the risk of losing the money staked. No winnings are promised.

17. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including texts, graphics and software, is protected by copyright and other rights of the operator or its licensors, including the game providers. You may use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying or distributing it without permission is prohibited.

18. Changes

18.1 The operator may amend these Terms and Conditions. Players will be informed of changes.

18.2 Material changes must be accepted when you next log in. If you do not accept them, you can close your account; your balance will be paid out in accordance with section 9.2.

19. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and all legal relationships between you and the operator are governed by Swiss law.

20. Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Bern, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers.
