This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we process when you use G357, for what purposes, to whom we disclose it, how long we keep it and which rights you have.
1. Data Controller
The controller responsible for processing your personal data is:
Casino Interlaken AG
Strandbadstrasse 44, 3800 Interlaken
Switzerland
E-mail: dataprotection@g357.slonik.store
G357 is operated by Casino Interlaken AG. We process personal data in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), in force since 1 September 2023, and its ordinance. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to a specific processing activity, we also comply with it.
2. Personal Data We Process
Depending on how you use the site, we process the following categories of personal data:
- Registration data: first name, last name, date of birth, address in Switzerland, mobile phone number, e-mail address and password (stored in hashed form only).
- Identity document data: data from your passport or identity card and, where applicable, your residence permit.
- Financial transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, payment method used and the payment account for payouts.
- Gaming activity: history of game rounds, stakes, wins and losses, session times.
- Device and browser data: device type, operating system, browser, language settings.
- IP addresses and login information: time of login, failed login attempts, session data.
- Fraud-prevention data: information used to detect multiple accounts, misuse and fraud.
- Exclusion register information: the result of the check against the Swiss exclusion register and any exclusion entered.
- Support enquiries: the content of your messages and our correspondence with you.
- Analytics data: only if you have given your consent (see section 11).
3. Purposes of Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- opening and managing your player account and providing the games;
- verifying your identity, age and residence;
- checking and registering gambling exclusions;
- processing deposits and withdrawals;
- player protection, including early detection of problematic play behaviour;
- preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and misuse;
- ensuring the security and stability of the site;
- answering your enquiries;
- complying with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal Basis
We process your personal data on the following grounds:
- Performance of a contract: to open and manage your player account and to process your transactions.
- Legal obligations: in particular under the Federal Act on Gambling (GamblA), the Gambling Ordinance (GamblO) and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), for example for identification, the exclusion check, player protection and record-keeping.
- Overriding legitimate interests: for the security of the site, fraud prevention and the defence of legal claims.
- Consent: for optional cookies and analytics. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Where the GDPR applies, these grounds correspond to Article 6(1)(b), (c), (f) and (a) GDPR.
5. Account Registration
When you register, we collect your first name, last name, date of birth, address in Switzerland, mobile phone number, e-mail address and password, as well as your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. Without this data, we cannot open a player account.
During registration we check whether a gambling exclusion is in force for you in the Swiss exclusion register. We also check that you do not already hold a player account with us.
6. Identity Verification
To complete your registration, we verify your name, date of birth and residential address and request an official identity document (passport or identity card; for foreign nationals living in Switzerland, also the residence permit). These checks are carried out by our verification team, which may use an identity-verification service provider acting on our behalf.
Documents you upload are used only for identification, age and residence checks and for our obligations under anti-money laundering law.
7. Payment Information
For deposits and withdrawals we process the amount, date, payment method, transaction reference and status, as well as the payment account in your name to which payouts are made.
Payment details such as card numbers are entered with and processed by the respective payment provider. We receive only the information needed to record and reconcile the transaction. Where required by law, we may ask for information on the origin of funds.
8. Gaming Activity
We record your game rounds, stakes, wins, losses and session times. The result recorded on the game provider’s server is decisive. We use this data to manage your account balance, to show you your game history, to resolve complaints and to meet our player-protection and anti-money laundering obligations.
9. Player Protection Data
We process data on the limits, gaming breaks and exclusions you set, as well as information obtained through early detection, such as the frequency and duration of play, stakes and deposits. If there are signs of risk, our Player Protection Team may contact you and apply measures.
Exclusions are entered in the central Swiss exclusion register, which is shared by the Swiss casinos and the operators of large-scale games. Data relating to an exclusion is particularly sensitive; access is restricted to the persons who need it to fulfil legal duties.
11. Analytics
We currently do not use analytics or marketing cookies. If we introduce analytics tools in future, they will only be activated after you have given your consent in the cookie banner. We will update this Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy beforehand.
12. Third-Party Services and Recipients
We disclose personal data only where this is necessary for the purposes described. Recipients may include the following categories:
- payment providers, for processing deposits and withdrawals;
- game providers, for running the games and recording results;
- an identity-verification service, for checking identity documents;
- the Swiss exclusion register, for checking and entering exclusions;
- IT and hosting providers, for operating the site;
- authorities such as the Federal Gaming Board (FGB) or the Money Laundering Reporting Office Switzerland (MROS), where we are legally obliged to disclose data.
Service providers process data only on our instructions. We may also use technical fraud-prevention measures, including device recognition, where legally permitted.
Personal data is transferred to countries outside Switzerland only if they ensure an adequate level of data protection or if adequate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are in place.
13. Data Retention
| Data | Retention period |

Other data is deleted or anonymised as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
14. Your Rights

- to obtain information on whether and which personal data we process about you;
- to have incorrect data rectified;
